Zimp CRM is a highly user friendly software that has reduced lots of repeated and manual works. In just one click it gives access to various information on payment schedules, outstanding payments, collection details, payment follow up history, client communication history, PDC due dates, client documents etc... highly result oriented and more productive for CRM jobs.
We found that Zimp CRM is a detailed and easy to use software that really works for us. The implementation was completed in less than a week with all our backlog data ready to use, great turn-around time compared to our prior dealings with other companies. The staff learned to use the software extremely quickly without any formal training, which was also a bonus.
